VEHICLE CAMPING ENTRANCE:

Vehicle campers must enter through 4414 Bedwell Harbour Road to receive their wristband and dashboard camping pass.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE

Camping Options: Tents and small vehicles up to 20ft are welcome to camp on-site. Each camping pass is valid for three nights and is valid for one person.

Arrival + Departure: Festival gates open at 4pm on Friday and close at 10am on Monday, please plan your arrival and departure with this in mind!

Camping sites: We offer on-site field camping for festivalgoers! Campsites are first come, first served, so we recommend arriving early to claim your ideal spot. There are no designated campsites, allowing everyone to settle in and create their own space. Guests camping in vehicles will be guided to designated vehicle camping areas by our volunteer team upon arrival.

If you are tent camping:

If you are arriving by vehicle, please park your vehicle outside the festival gates in the parking lot and haul in your gear.

If you are vehicle/trailer camping:

Once your vehicle is on-site, we have a zero in and out policy for vehicles, so please plan accordingly.

FRIDAY July 31 — 4 to 8:30 PM
SATURDAY August 1 — 10 AM to 7 PM Saturday
SUNDAY August 2 — 10 AM to 7 PM Sunday

Here are some essential rules and guidelines to ensure everyone has a fantastic and respectful time:

DURING YOUR STAY

Self-Sufficiency: As there are no services such as power or running water available on-site, campers must come prepared to be self-sufficient throughout their stay. No generators are allowed. There are no fires allowed on site, but you can bring propane stoves for cooking.

Water Stations: We have refillable water bottle stations on-site, so please remember to bring your water bottle to stay hydrated throughout your stay!

Low-Impact Camping: We are guests on private property, so we're committed to leaving the land as we found it. This includes minimizing waste, using biodegradable products where possible, and avoiding damage to the environment.

Respectful Behavior: This is private property, and we're guests of the very generous owner who has allowed us to use this space. Please be respectful of the land, the owner, and your fellow campers at all times.

Pack In, Pack Out: Please remember to pack out everything you bring in, including trash and any other belongings. Leave no trace behind to help the organizers and volunteers – and to ensure we are allowed back another year.

Food: There will be food vendors and coffee sold on-site all weekend. Check out our delicious food vendors HERE.

Porta Potties: Portable toilets will be available on-site for your convenience. Please use them responsibly and help keep them clean for everyone's enjoyment.

Safety First: While enjoying the festival and camping experience, prioritize your safety and the safety of others. Follow any additional safety guidelines provided by the event organizers.

Community Spirit: Let's foster a sense of community and camaraderie among campers. Help each other out, be friendly, and make new friends while enjoying the festival atmosphere.
