🌳 Ticket table

You are the first face that festival goers see! Welcome everyone to the festival and check them off the ticket list, sell tickets, and give out wristbands.

We are in search of a ticket table lead volunteer (honorarium available for this position) - must have experience with Square POS software.

🌳 Info table

Located inside the festival, you are the hub for information and support. You'll be directing people to the right place or person, answering any questions about the festival, and selling snacks and beer tickets.

🌳 Parking

You'll be helping get cars in and out of the festival site and park in the overflow parking during busy times of the festival (Saturday market, artist load-in times).

🌳 Security

We rely on our security team to maintain a peaceful and safe atmosphere all weekend! You will be at certain stations or walking the perimeter of the festival making sure that smoking is only happening in permitted areas, dogs are leashed, and that everyone is contributing to a safe environment.

We are in search of a lead security volunteer to help coordinate leading up to the festival and throughout the weekend (honorarium available for this position).

🌳 First Aid

Part of creating a safe environment is making sure we have people on hand to handle any injuries or illnesses. If you have your first aid certificate it would be an asset for this position.

🌳 Imagination Station

Want to channel your creativity while volunteering? Help creative folks of all ages make whimsical creations in the imagination station. You'll be helping the young ones make their ideas happen, providing inspiration, managing tools and supplies.

🌳 Site Support

A crucial part of any festival, you'll be helping our site stay clean by emptying garbage and recycling, making sure portapotties have supplies, refilling water, and cleaning up in the evening to get ready for the next day. (Some later shifts required).

🌳 Beer Garden

Help keep festival attendees hydrated and happy in the beer gardens by serving local brews! Must be over 19 and have your Serving It Right certificate.

🌳 Floater

Someone who is able to jump in and help out where needed!

🌳 Setup & teardown (Thursday/Friday & Monday)

Be a part of creating the “vibe” of the festival. On Thursday afternoon and Friday morning we’ll be setting up the site with lights, hammocks, bunting, archway, banners, signage, and tables, as well as roping off roping off parking and restricted areas. Stage setup will also be happening. Monday morning we clean up the site, get it back to pristine condition, and pack everything up for next year.
